After 18 long months of waiting for our website to launch, I had lost all hope. We had entrusted numerous individuals, often referred to us through “friends of friends” or offering to “trade services,” to bring our vision to life. Yet, time and again, we were met with disappointments, excuses, and seemingly insurmountable obstacles that hindered our progress. Despite our hard work and dedication, our dreams of a functional website seemed to be slipping away.

After discussing our frustrations with a friend, she simply gave us a name. She explained that yes he was a friend but she did not go into detail except with the comment “his work speaks for itself”.  Wow was she right!!! I spoke with Usman, then soon after his design artist Emma, and gave them my vision. They gave me the most simple directives of what they needed to create it and 4 days later they were walking me through the back end of my finished site!

Oh… It gets better! Within three weeks of me publicly announcing the release of my site, I received a bandwidth notice stating that I have had so many visitors that I needed to expand my capacity. I didn’t even need to contact Usman or Emma before I received a text letting me know they were taking care of the issue. This gave me a chance to breathe.  I knew at that moment that my business, my concerns, my dreams of being a business owner, were not just an afterthought to someone after they were paid for their services.

Websynario is always there for our needs and I finally had another pair of hands that I trusted my business with.
